If you are leasing or purchasing an existing space or building, you may want to contact the Permitting Division to schedule a pre-inspection of the property to determine whether improvements are necessary, or possibly to bring the building into compliance with the Village Code. This pre-inspection fee is $50.
Finally, you will need to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy prior to starting business from the Permitting Division. -
